JustLFG is a Discord bot for scheduling and coordinating community events. This policy explains what it stores and why. We keep it minimal on purpose.

What we store

Discord identifiers needed to run events: user IDs, server (guild) IDs, channel IDs, message IDs, and role IDs.
Event details you provide when you run a command: title, time, description, cap, and RSVPs / poll votes.
Server settings you configure (e.g. a network's linked servers and post channels).

What we do NOT store

We do not read or store your message content, and we don't monitor channels.
We don't read your DMs. The only DMs involved are event reminders the bot sends to people who RSVP'd — those aren't logged.
No emails, no payment info, no tracking or advertising identifiers.

How it's used

Solely to operate the features you use — posting events, collecting RSVPs, sending reminders, running availability polls, and mirroring events across servers you've linked. We never sell or share your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Retention & deletion

Events are automatically deleted a few hours after they end.
Removing the bot from your server stops all processing for that server.
Want data removed sooner? Contact us (below) and we'll delete it.

Hosting

JustLFG runs on Cloudflare (Workers + D1). Data is processed in line with Cloudflare's infrastructure. JustLFG is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.
